Who is Sarah?

I am! I'm the main person behind the shop. I personally have a hand in every thing you see here, from the materials we purchase, to the colors of the site. I'm a mom, a wife, a crafter and a serious fan of coffee! I do have occasional help from others, but primarily...its me!

 

I really love this thing in the shop, but I'd love it even more if I could customize it. Can you do that?

Well, it depends! On the ministry items that I make completely from scratch? Totally! On the wallets that I purchase complete and add monograms or names to...to a degree I can customize it. If you have a specific need, feel free to message me! 

 

When can I expect my item to ship?

As a general rule, you can expect your item to ship within 24-48 hours from the time you place an order, excluding weekends and any federally observed holidays that close the banks and post offices. Occasionally, there will be delays. If you have not gotten notice of shipment within 5 business days, please reach out to orders@sarahdoescrafts.com and we will be happy to discuss any issues that have come up. 

When can I expect to receive my item after its shipped?

Currently, as of 8/14/2020 the USPS (Postal service) is experiencing unprecedented delays. This means that while we are able to fulfill our end of things, your package may be delayed by as much as 2 weeks currently. There is nothing on our end that we can do to speed them up or anything, which is frustrating to all of us involved. If you would prefer a faster but slightly more expensive method of delivery such as UPS or FedEX, please feel free to contact us with the request and we will be happy to quote you the most accurate price available to us. 

Do you accept returns?

In this day and age of Covid-19, we have decided to suspend all returns. If your item is damaged in transit (meaning the USPS damaged it) or if your item is wrong (meaning we made a mistake in spelling, placement of engraving, or there is another flaw in your item) we will require picture documentation, and in verifiable cases, we will issue you a refund or replacement at our discretion. This policy is subject to change at any time as the pandemic evolves and situations change.

I bought this thing, and then a week later it went on sale. Do you do price adjustments?

Yes, within 7 days of a purchase, if the price drops more than 5%, you can request a price adjustment and we will refund the difference from what you paid to what the current price is. *Note* You MUST request this refund and it must be requested within 7 days of your purchase. It will not, under any circumstances, be automatically refunded nor will we allow an exception outside of the 7 day grace period. We will also not honor past sales for future purchases. If you miss a sale, you may either purchase the item at our normal price, or you may wait for the next sale. We try to be fair to all involved while sticking to our policies.
